EVENTS

The LCA office releases a monthly newsletter with activity updates on everything from school assemblies to school pictures. It includes explanations about events of note, such as special visitors or the winners of the Math Olympics.
The newsletter is emailed and sent home with the students in print form.

Meetings
The parent/teacher meetings held at the beginning of each term are very important. Curriculum night brings together returning parents, new parents and teachers to discuss the overall plan of operation for the new term.

Activities
Field trips take place twice per semester and serve as an extension of the classroom. Venues include museums and other places around the city.
Extra-curricular and competitive activities open doors for our students to meet new people.
Mission trips offer broader opportunities to put our knowledge to practical use. In the past, we have traveled to San Vito to visit with the Guyami Indians.
Community outreach to orphan children and the elderly is a yearly practice. Our students are especially concerned for the orphan children and pick a name from each group, promising to pray for that child. When the director of the orphanage calls to report that a child has been adopted by a loving family, resounding cheers can be heard through our hallways as one student's prayers are answered. Our faith is built up.
